How we keep your data, account, and experience safe.
Security is paramount at iView Learning. We employ industry-standard practices to ensure the safety and integrity of our platform and your data.
All data transmitted between your device and our servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or higher. This ensures that any information you send us, such as login credentials or personal data, remains private and secure during transmission.
We store user data in secure data centres with restricted physical access. Sensitive information, such as passwords, is hashed and salted using robust cryptographic algorithms before being stored in our databases. We never store passwords in plain text.
Access to our internal systems and user data is strictly controlled and limited to authorised personnel only. We follow the principle of least privilege, ensuring that employees only have access to the information necessary to perform their job functions.
We regularly conduct security assessments and vulnerability scans of our infrastructure and applications to identify and address potential security risks. We also stay up-to-date with the latest security patches and updates for our systems and software.
We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers. All payment processing is handled by compliant third-party payment processors (e.g. Stripe, PayPal) that adhere to the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
If you believe you have found a security vulnerability in iView Learning, please contact us immediately at security@iviewlearning.com.
